まるでヴェネツィアで暮らしているかのように、滞在できました。駅や空港バスにも近くて、サンマルコ広場にも徒歩で行ける便利なところですので、おすすめです。物価の高いヴェネツィアで宿泊費も破格に安くて、ネットや台所を活用しました。スーパーが近くて、広場にもすぐでした。

バスタブがなくて、ちょっとつらかったです。といっても、ここだけの話ではなく、ミラノにもなかったので、イタリアの標準がシャワーのみなのですね。おそうじにほとんど入ってもらえなかったので気楽でしたが、ちょっとはそうじしてほしかったです。でも何よりも場所がよくて、スーパーのVillaもあって、運河が目の前で、全体としてはとても気に入っています。

かなり広い部屋で、ダイニングキッチンとオープンなリビング（ソファーベッドとなる）と主寝室から構成され、狭くて古いと評価されるベネチアにあっては快適な宿泊が可能です。フロントは、特に気になることは無かったです。滞在するのにはかなり適しています。二階でしたので荷物の移動も苦ではなかったです。また、蚊の問題は無かったです。

ベネチアでは、当たり前ですが、駅からは少しだけ歩く必要がある。チェックインの時間が決まっているので、それだけチェックしておく必要あり。

2泊しましたが、ルームクリーニング・シーツ・タオル交換なしでした。夕方にフロントを呼びましたが、人はいても対応してくれませんでした。シャワー・ランドリー設備などは不調でした。フロント対応時間帯を広げてほしい。

二連泊しましたが、最悪でした。フロントは無愛想で、ロビーも薄暗く電気さえ付いていませんでした。部屋はタオルの準備もなく、不清潔でした。部屋の中に蚊の大群がいて、家族併せて20カ所以上刺されました。ヴェネチアの魅力が半減する滞在となってしまいました。

スタッフの対応が悪い。タオルが準備されてなく、部屋も清潔感がない。食器も割れていたり、使えないものが置いてある。部屋に蚊の大群がおり、一晩で２０箇所も刺された。階段しかなく大きな荷物を４階の部屋に持ち上げるのに大変苦労した。最悪のホテル。

ヴェネツィア本島で５人で宿泊し、約一万円でした。この値段はなかなかないと思います。

エクストラベッドを頼んだのですが、ホテルからの返事はなく、当日ついてみると、置いてあったのは古ぼけた簡易ベッドとそのシーツだけで、Beddoha使えませんでした。結局部屋に備えてあったダブルベッドに３人で寝ることになりました。また、エアコンは、リモコンの電池が錆びていてつかえませんでした。真冬のヴェネツィアで暖房なしで過ごさなければならないと思い、困っていたところ、階下に利用者がいったため、その方たちに暖房の使い方うを聞くことができきたため、何とか寒い思いをせずにすみました。暖房はつけておいてくれるとろかったなとおもいました。これらの問題が解決しなかったのは、ここがアパートメントだったということころにあるとおもいます。ここでエキストラベッドを頼むのはやめた方がいいです。

The lady of the hotel was very kind. We arrive around midnight and she waited for us outside office hours. Also, the I left my phone in the hotel and she was honest enough to take care of it and notify about it. Either the location is very good. It's merely a ten minutes walk from Piazzo di Roma and fifteen minutes from Piazza San Marco.

The blankets could be a little bit thicker (it was quite cold).

Excellent location which was convenient for the bus and train stations. The instructions were good and we found the place easily (but use your own map, the one provided isn't really detailed enough). The accommodation was basic but clean and adequate. Very convenient for supermarkets and other shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Very nice to overlook a canal; we were able to watch gondolas pass by which was lovely.

There was a little bit of noise from the apartment above - possibly they were just noisy guests because it was very quiet otherwise.

The location is pretty central between two waterbus-stops at 10 minutes walking distance. Opposite Waterbusstop San Basilio is a big supermarket and near the Carminichurch there's a big nice square, with lots of nice small restaurants nearby. The facilities (kitchen, room space, enough towels) were ok. We stayed for 3 days without towel-replacement; wonder how that works if you'd stay longer.

I booked especially the Vivarini appartment, which was on top floor with a big balcony. On arriving we were told that hot water didn't function in this appartment (which in fact was true; the girl at the reception told us that she also only heard this the othere day). So we were given a smaller appartment on first floor. This appartment was ok, but still the other one which I had specially chosen (and paid for) was the one I preferred most. Especially because on 4th floor you hear less from all the street noise and have a nicer view. Since the streets are very 'stoney' and the small canal is very narrow all talk on the streets is echoed pretty strong so on first floor it seems like people are talking inside the entrancehall, where actually it is just people walking on the streets. Staff didn't want to compensate this loss of quality, which leaves a bitter feeling. It would have left me off with a better feeling/review of the whole stay if staff would at least have acknowledged there was a difference in quality in what they offered (compared to the original booking).

I was very satisfied with this hotel and I would gladly choose to stay in Ai Carmini again. It is a quiet place, easy to find and not too distance from "centrum". I realy liked it very much and the staff is very nice-you can arrange things with them even if it is not in their work time.

We liked the fact that it was a unit and we hoped we could relax, refresh, wash our clothes and do all those home type activities during our hectic holiday travel. We liked that it was overlooking a canal and was close to a supermarket. It was also away from the main tourist attractions which allowed us to appreciate how locals in venice live.

Where do I start? Very hard to find without local assistance. No heating first night which meant that sleep was difficult. This was corrected the next day after we advised the owner. Internet connectivity was not always available. There was no hotwater in the unit. Showering was impossible. There was no staff at reception to assist. I was double charged for the 3 night stay on my creditcard which I still need to sort out. Although given access to a washing machine we could not get through all our loads as the owner wanted to leave and lockup the area. The unit was on the 4th floor and there is no elevator, but Venice is all about steps/stairs everywhere. Part of the experience.
